CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the
Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at city
Hall on August 26, 991 with the following members present:

A RESOLUTION C RTIFYING THE 1992 PROPOSED GENERAL FUND,
AND DEBT SERVI E PROPERTY TAX LEVIES AND SETTING THE DATE
FOR A PUBLI HEARING ON THE SAME PURSUANT TO TRUTH
IN TAXATION LEGISLATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Mounds view,
Minnesota, as folIo
1) RESOLVED t at pursuant to Truth In Taxation legislation
the following is ce tified to the County of Ramsey as the City of
Mounds View's propo ed 1992 property tax levy:

2) RESOLVED t at a public hearing on the Proposed 1992
Budget and the Pro osed 1992 property tax levy will be held at
7:05 p.m. on Decem er 9, 1991 in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. Should it
be necessary to adjourn the public hearing and continue it at a
later date the rec nvened hearing will be held at 7:05 p.m. on
December 17, 1991 'n the Council Chambers of the city Hall, 2401
Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112.

by Member Quick and upon a vote being taken, 4 Ayes 0 Nays,
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 26th
