CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1997 COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR NON-
UNION, PUBLIC WORKS AND PARK MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation must be set annually by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, the proposed wage ranges are included in the 1997 Personnel Compensation
Schedule (Non-Union Attachment A; Public Works and Parks Maintenance Attachment B); and
WHEREAS, the Compensation Schedules reflects a 3% annual compensation adjustment for all
non-union, public works and parks maintenance employees,; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Mounds View approve
the 1997 Compensation Schedule for non-union, public works and park maintenance employees.
