RESOLUTION NO. 5083 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR OLD HIGHWAY 8 RECONSTRUCTION AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, Ramsey County is considering to reconstruct Old Highway 8, from the New Brighton city limits to County Road H2; and WHEREAS, this proj ect will include total street reconstruction in accordance with County State Aid Standards, storm sewer construction, storm water quality / detention pond construction; and WHEREAS, this project is proposed to be assessed In accordance with Chapter 202 of the Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, Ramsey County has completed a feasibility study and has concluded that the project is feasible; and WHEREAS, Ramsey County received bids for the improvement project and the project budget is $1,228,258.15 of which approximately $108,684 the City of Mounds View will contribute to the construction project in accordance with Ramsey County's Cost Participation Policy. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View sets a public hearing on February 24, 1997 at 7:15 pm, to be held at Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Hwy.10, Mounds View MN. 55112, to consider the reconstruction of Ramsey County Road Old Highway 8, from the New Brighton city limits to County Road H.
