CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO DOROTHY PETERSON FOR
30 YEARS OF SERVICE
WITH THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, Dorothy Peterson began her employment with the City of Mounds View on
May 10, 1967 and concluded on May 16, 1997; and
WHEREAS, as a long time resident of Mounds VieW, Dorothy was more than a valuable
employee, she was significant in helping to maintain the human touch with the citizens; and
WHEREAS, as utility billing procedures changed through the years with advancing
technology and new software, Dorothy was able to maintain proficient billing operations; and
WHEREAS, Dorothy's long history in the community and her broad knowledge of
Mounds View operations will greatly be missed by the entire City staff and Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby recognize
the quality of Dorothy's work in all that she has done for the City. Dorothy has been an
excellent employee and a valuable asset to the City of Mounds View. THANK YOU for your
dedication and commitment.
