CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION FOR
EDWARD LETENDRE
VOLUNTEER TO THE CITY
WHEREAS, Edward Letendre has been the driving force behind making the Colonial
Village Mobile Home Park a better place to live; and
WHEREAS, Edward Letendre's leadership has enhanced the safety of the park, by
bringing the City, the Police department and the residents together for better understanding
and trust; and
WHEREAS, Edward Letendre spearheaded the Fare For All Program, which provides
food for residents at a small charge and is geared toward community service requiring
participants to do community service hours; and
WHEREAS, Edward Letendre has brought various members of the community
together to make up the necessary committee, kept track of hours of community service
and encouraged all participants; and
WHEREAS, Edward Letendre has been involved with the Bel Rae Ballroom in making
sure it has been available for the children of the community and has organized parents for
supervision of activities; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View, on behalf of various City commission's, employees and residents of the City of
Mounds View, express their appreciation to Edward Letendre for his dedicated and devoted
services to the City of Mounds View.
