RESOLUTION NO. 5161
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR
CATHY BENNETT, DIRECTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Cathy Bennett has been with the City since April 4, 1994 and
has been in the capacity of Director of Economic Development since October 4, 1996; and
WHEREAS, Cathy's performance has met the responsibilities of Director of Economic
Development as outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, her work performance has been satisfactorily reflected in her performance
review; and
WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the City's Compensation Policy is
recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby
approves a step adjustment for Cathy Bennett from $4,062.32/mo. to $4,30l.28/mo. effective
October 4, 1997.
