CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5111 RELATING TO
THE SILVER LAKE COMMONS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Mounds View ("City Council") adopted
Resolution No. 5111 on April 28, 1997, relating to the proposed Silver Lake Commons
Development ("Silver Lake Development") conditioned on certain stipulations contained in the
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the developer has changed the proposed development and several of the
stipulations contained in Resolution No. 5111 have not been met or no longer apply to the
proposed Silver Lake Development, specifically including that the Mounds View Economic
Development Authority ("EDA") is no longer selling land for the project and the project is no
longer seeking a rezoning as a planned unit development ("POO"); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View hereby amends Resolution No. 5111 adopted April 28, 1997, based on the fact that several
of the stipulations contained in the Resolution have either not been met or no longer apply to the
proposed Silver Lake Development and specifically deleting conditions one and two in the
Resolution relating to the EDA sale of land and the POO rezoning; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby directs staff to begin
negotiations regarding a Cooperative Agreement between the City of Mounds View, the Mounds
View EDA and the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority relating to the Silver Lake

Development and bring such Cooperative Agreement before the City Council for consideration
and final approval.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 22nd day of September, 1997.
