PGA PROFESSIONAL/CLUBHOUSE MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Ken Manthis has bcen employed as a regular full-time employee as PGA <br />Professional/Clubhouse Manager with the City since August 1. 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the employment contract with golf coursc has resulted in rescheduling the <br />step adjustment. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE.
