RESOLUTION NO. 5192
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council ofthe City of Mounds View that the road
hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws,
and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MOUNDS VIEW, that the road described as follows, to-wit:
County Road I from Pleasant View Drive to Silver Lake Road
be and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of
the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration.
Adopted by the Council this 9th day of August, 1999.
