"5'/9<K <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COOPERATION <br />AGREEMENT AND INITIAL AGREEMENT WITH <br />MINNEAPOLIS PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY (MPHA) <br />AND THE DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT WITH MSP REAL <br />ESTATE, INC. AND MOUNDS VIEW FAMIL Y HOUSING LLC <br />FOR TI IE SILVER LAKE COMMONS PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO EXECUTE n IE AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a development, known as Silver Lake Commons. has been proposed by MSP <br />Real Estate. Inc. (the Developer) in the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. such development, as presently proposed. requires the participation of the <br />Minneapolis Public Housing Authority. acting pursuant to a joint powers Initial Agreement and <br />Cooperation Agreement with the City of Mounds View. as authorized by Minn. Stat. S 471.59; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such development requires the Developer. pursuant to the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code. to enter into a development contract with the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View. that the Council authorizes the mayor and city administrator to execute the Cooperation <br />Agreement on behalf of the city; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City of Mounds View. that <br />the Council authorizes the mayor and city administrator to execute the Initial Agreement on <br />behalf of the city; and <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City of Mounds View, that the <br />Council authorizes the mayor and city administrator to execute the Developers Agreement on <br />behalf of the city. <br /> <br />RCL134110 <br />M{J2] 0-17 <br />
