RESOLUTION NO. 5225
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MOUNDS VIEW AND NORTHWEST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN A NEW
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council is now and has been supportive of the
services provided by Northwest Youth and Family Service for residents of Mounds View and
surrounding communities; and
WHEREAS. the members of the existing Joint Powers Agreement have reviewed and
proposed modifying the patticipating communities' working relationship with Northwest Youth
and Family Services in a new agreement; and
WHEREAS. the Mounds View City Council has reviewed and supports the new
agreement
THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council approves
of the agreement with Northwest Youth and Family Services and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk
Administrator to sign the agreement on behalf of the City of Mounds View.
