CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION
OF 7581 SPRING LAKE ROAD FOR CHARLES AND SHIRLEY SCH UL TZ,;
MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 518-98
WHEREAS, Charles and Shirley Schultz have requested approval for a minor subdivision
dividing their property located at 7581 Spring Lake Road, property zoned R-l, Single Family
Residential, legally described as follows:
Lot 41, Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey County
WHEREAS, the two lots created by this minor subdivision, Lot A (the southern half with
the existing home) and Lot B (the northern half) would be legally described as follows:

The South 80.00 Feet of Lot 41, Spring Lake Park Knoll.'t, Ramsey
County
LotB:
That Part of Lot 41 , Spring Lake Park Knolls, Ramsey GJUnty, Lying
North of the South 80. 00 Feet Thereof.
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the applicant's request for a
minor subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104
and 1204 of the Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate and Plat of Survey for the above
described property; and,
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has approved Resolution 539-98, a
resolution recommending approval to the City Council of this minor subdivision request; and,
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Parks and Recreation Commission at their meeting on
April 23, 1998, have recommended to the City Council that a park dedication fee in the amount of
$1,032 be required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves
the minor subdivision request made by Charles and Shirley Schultz, 7581 Spring Lake Road,
contingent upon the following:

1. The applicant shall make payment of a park dedication fee in an amount specified
by the City Council according to the requirements in Section 1204.02.
2. The applicant shall record the City Council resolution of approval, the Certificate
of Survey and the drainage and utility easement document with Ramsey County
within sixty (60) days of final adoption, and present proof of such recording to the
City of Mounds View, or this approval shall be null and void.
