<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5245 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1998 LABOR AGREEMENT CONTRACT WITH <br />PUBLIC WORKS AND PARKS MAINTENANCE BARGAINING UNIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, representatives from the Public Works and Parks Maintenance Bargaining Unit and <br />City staff have met and discussed the 1998 Labor Agreement and have agreed to terms that <br />include: <br />· A 3% annual compensation adjustment; <br />· The City contributing up to $340/mo. towards the cost of employee insurance; <br />· An adjustment to the reimbursement amounts for clothing and safety glasses allotment~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached contract for the Public Works and <br />Park Maintenance Labor Agreement contract for the period of January 1, 1998 to December 31, <br />1998, is hereby approved, effective January 1, 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Acting Mayor oger Koopmeiners <br /> <br />C!JlL~) ~ <br />City-Clerk Administrator, Charles S.
