<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5254 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING RENEWAL OF THE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE FOR MURZYN'S LIQUOR, 2840 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Murzyn's Liquor has been cited with six liquor law violations in 1998 (see <br />memo from Chief Ramacher of June 10. 1998, attached and incorporated herein) ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. these incidents violate Municipal Code Sections 502.13. 502. I 4. subd.4 <br />and 502.04 subd. 1 (b)( 4); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. it is in the best interest of the health and safety of the residents of Mounds <br />View to prevent such unlawful activity. and in light of the testimony, police reports and memoranda <br />presented at the June 22 City Council Meeting; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the renewal license for Muzyn's liquor <br />is denied effective June 30, 1998. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of July. 1998 <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />@J <br /> <br />'/'- <br />Chuck Whiting, City A ministrator <br />
