RESOLUTION NO. 5254
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION DENYING RENEWAL OF THE INTOXICATING LIQUOR
LICENSE FOR MURZYN'S LIQUOR, 2840 HIGHWAY 10
WHEREAS. Murzyn's Liquor has been cited with six liquor law violations in 1998 (see
memo from Chief Ramacher of June 10. 1998, attached and incorporated herein) ; and
WHEREAS. these incidents violate Municipal Code Sections 502.13. 502. I 4. subd.4
and 502.04 subd. 1 (b)( 4); and
WHEREAS. it is in the best interest of the health and safety of the residents of Mounds
View to prevent such unlawful activity. and in light of the testimony, police reports and memoranda
presented at the June 22 City Council Meeting;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the renewal license for Muzyn's liquor
is denied effective June 30, 1998.
