RESOLUTION NO. 5157
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
FOR THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, the positions of Assistant to thc City Administrator and Economic
Development Coordinator have heen added to the City staff; and
WHEREAS, thc Cable Technician position now reports to the Finance Depmtment; and
WHEREAS. the Human Resources Technician (formcrly Payroll/Utility Billing Clerk) now
reports to Administration; and
WHEREAS. the outdated title of "Department Secretary" has been renamed
"Administrative AssistanC; and
WHEREAS, the position of Administrative Secretary has been retitled "Office
Communications Coordinator" to reflect the duties currently being performed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Organizational Chart (attached) for
the City of Mounds View be adopted to accurately reflect the positions and reporting structure
currently in place in the City of Mounds View.
