<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5265 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A resolution certifying the 1999 proposed operating budget <br />and property tax levy, and setting the date for a public hearing <br />on said budget and levy pursuant to State Statutes. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require taxing jurisdictions to adopt a proposed levy on or before <br />September 15th for the subsequent year; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Statutes also require taxing jurisdictions to select a date for a public hearing <br />and continuation hearing, if necessary, on its budget and proposed property tax levy. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota: <br />1) Pursuant to State Statutes, the following proposed 1999 Budgets are hereby adopted: <br />General Fund $3,625,499 <br />Fire Bonds 80,151 <br /> <br />2) Pursuant to State Statutes, the following proposed 1999 property tax levy (net levy after <br />deducting homestead and agricultural credit aid) is hereby adopted: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Fire Bonds <br />Total <br /> <br />$1,680,211 <br />80.151 <br />$1,760,362 <br /> <br />3) A public hearing on the Proposed 1999 Budget and property tax levy will be held at 6:00 <br />p.m. on November 30, 1998 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota 55112.
