CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
ANTHONY PROPERTIES MANAGEMENTI LOUISE O'NEIL
WHEREAS, the above-described property is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development;
and,
WHEREAS, The City has approved a Planned Unit Development plan for Anthony
Properties Management I Louise O'Neil on the property legally known as:
The Southwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, lying
southwesterly of State Trunk Highway No. 10-62, according to the United States
Government Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota and all that
part of the northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23,
lying southwesterly of State Trunk Highway No.1 0, according to the United States
Government Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City requires that developers enter into development agreements with
the City where additional public improvements are to constructed as part of the proposed
development; and
WHEREAS, the proposed development will require the construction of additional public
streets, public utilities, and intersection improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves the attached development agreement and authorizes the Mayor and the City
Administrator to sign the development agreement on behalf of the City.
