CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF USE DEED TO RAMSEY COUNTY FOR
PROPERTY KNOWN AS PID ## 08-30-23-22-000,3
WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View acquired the property known as PID #08-30-23-
22-0003 by use deed in 1995 for the intended use of multi-family residential parking for a term of 5
years; and
WHEREAS, because the property is not being used for the intended purpose of the use
deed, the Ramsey County Assessor's Office has requested the property either be acquired by the
City or released back to the County; and
WHEREAS, the Parks Commission has reviewed the subject site for acquisition as a park
and has recommended the property not be acquired for park purposes due to the cost to the city;
and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that by releasing the use deed on the
property, the County will then be able to sell the subject site at public auction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves
release of the use deed to Ramsey County for property known as PID #08-30-23-22-0003.
