<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5292 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MOUNDS VIEW NEWSLETTER BID A WARD <br />TO NYSTROM PUBLISHING FOR THE YEAR 1999 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each year, the printing for the Mounds View Matters Community Newsletter <br />is sent out for bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1999 printing contract will begin on December 30, 1998 for the printing <br />of the JanuarylFebruary, 1999 newsletters; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bid is for a total of six bimonthly newsletters; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the low bid was $17,439.44 from Nystrom Publishing, who has printed our <br />newsletter previously: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Editorial Board Committee unanimously recommends awarding the bid <br />to Nystrom Publishing; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council and Clerk-Administrator ofthe <br />City of Mounds View hereby approves the bid award to Nystrom Publishing for $17,439.44. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of December, 1998 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~/()){IM <br /> <br />Mayor Duane McCarty <br /> <br />cJ!f {, {JJf <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />City-Clerk Administrator, Charles S.
