RESOLUTION NO. 2515
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the
Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at City
Hall on July 24, 1989 with the following members present:

A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE 1990 PRELIMINARY PROPOSED
GENERAL FUND, FORESTRY FUND AND DEBT SERVICE PROPERTY
TAX LEVIES PURSUANT TO PRESENT TRUTH IN TAXATION
LEGISLATION
BE IS RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Mounds View,
Minnesota, as follows:
1) RESOLVED that pursuant to present Truth In Taxation
legislation the following is certified to the County of Ramsey as
the City of Mounds View's preliminary proposed 1990 property tax
levy:
General Fund
Forestry Fund
Advanced Refunding Bonds of 1976
Capital Notes
Total Preliminary Proposed 1990
Property Tax Levy

2) RESOLVED that pursuant to present Truth In Taxation
legislation the City of Mounds View's preliminary proposed 1990
budgets financed with property tax levies is as follows:
General Fund
Forestry Fund
Advance Refunding Bonds of 1976

Total Preliminary Proposed 1990
Budgets Financed with Property
Tax Levies

3) BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View
reserves its right to recertify its proposed 1990 property tax
levies and budgets pursuant to the provisions of any tax or Truth
In Taxation laws that may be adopted as a result of a Special
Session of the Legislature subsequent to the adoption of this
resolution.
The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded
by Member Quick and upon a vote being taken, Ayes Nays,
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 24th
day of July, 1989.
