CITY OF HOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECYCLING GRANT REQUEST TO RAMSEY COUNTY
WHEREAS, Ramsey County is accepting applications for use of
SCORE funds to improve recycling participation by the publici and
WHEREAS, the city of Mounds View is eligible to apply for a
grant to provide administrative and promotional activities in-
tended to improve recycling participation among city residents
through education, awareness, and incentives; and
WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Mounds View has
determined that this is an appropriate use of city resources and
increasing recycling participation benefits the pUblic health,
safety, and welfare of the community as a whole;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved to approve the application for
SCORE funding (attached) to Ramsey County.
Adopted this 18th day of November, 1991.
