RESOLUTION NO. 4168
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WAGE RANGES AND INSURANCE
CONTRIBUTION TO NON-UNION PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the wage ranges for the Compensation Plan for
non-union personnel must be set annually by Council resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the wage ranges are attached to this
resolution as Attachments A and B; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make
a contribution towards the cost of employee health insurance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The 1992 wage ranges shall be as specified in
Attachments A and B.
2. The City shall make a contribution of up to
$285.00 per month towards the cost of family
health insurance and shall pay the entire
premium for single health coverage.
