RESOLUTION NO. 4177
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION SETTING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1992
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to establish
sewer rates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determinied that it is necessary
that the City adjust its sewer rates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Mounds View, Minnesota as follows:
1. Effective January 1, 1992 the sewer rate will be $41.25
per quarter per REC (Residential Equivalent Connection).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the sewer rates to
determine their adequacy will be conducted annually.
Adopted this 27th day of January, 1992.
