CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF. RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
WHEREAS, State Statutes require the city of Mounds View to
prepare a surface water management planl and
WHEREAS I the City of Mounds View has completed a surface
water management plan in response to the State legislation, and
WHEREAS, the City'S Environmental Quality Task Force has
reviewed the plan and recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View ap-
proved SUbmitting this plan to Rice Creek Watershed District for
review and aprroval, and
WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District has approved the
city's Surface Water Management Plan.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Mounds View
adopts the plan approved by Rice Creek Watershed District as the
City' Surface Water Management Plan.
