RESOLUTION NO. 4215
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION COHMERDING THE IRORDALE BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION (IDA)
6th GRADE GIRLS TRAVELING TEAK FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING SEASON.
WHEREAS, the IBA 6th Grade Girls Traveling Basketball Team, under
the direction of Coaches Fred Harris and Dennis Mitchell, finished
their season with a phenomenal 56-1 record; and
WHEREAS, while compiling this record won the Metro League Division
"A" North Title and several tournaments including-the Basketball
Congress International/Minnesota Sports Federation Tournament and
the Minnesota Youth Athletic Services Tournament; and
WHEREAS, all of this was accomplished in their first season
together as a team; and
.
WHEREAS, they have been outstanding representatives for the City of
Mounds View through their display of good sportsmanship and spirit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Irondale Basketball
Association 6th grade Girls Traveling Team be commended for an
exceptional season.
