RESOLUTION NO. 4333
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION SETTING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1993
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to
establish sewer rates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
necessary that the City adjust its water rates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Mounds View, Minnesota as follows:
1.
Effective January 1, 1993, the sewer rate will
be $43.00 per quarter per REC (Residential
Equivalent Connection).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the sewer rates
to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually.
Adopted this 11 day of January, 1993.
