RESOLUTION NO. 4386 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE FOR A ONE-DAY, OFF-SITE LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMIT WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunter's Association has submitted an application to the City of Mounds View for a one-day, off-site lawful gambling permit; and WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunter's Association has requested to hold this one-day, off-site raffling event at the Bel-Rae Ballroom in the City of Mounds View; and WHEREAS, this requested raffle will take place on August 27, 1993; and WHEREAS, all paperwork for this application has been properly filed with the City of Mounds View. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Mounds View that the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunter's Association is approved to hold a one- day, off-site raffle event in the City of Mounds View at the Bel- Rae Ballroom on August 27, 1993.
