CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS
SUPERVISOR MIKE ULRICH
WHEREAS, the departure of thl~ Public Works Director/City Engineer
has created a need for a distribution of the duties and
responsibilities of that position; and
WHEREAS, to meet the needs of the organization, some of these
duties and responsibilities have been delegated to Mike Ulrich,
Public Works Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide compensation for this increase
in duties and responsibilities to the Public Work Supervisor
position; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment 'that is fair and consistent with the
City's compensation policy is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View city Council
hereby approve a wage adjustment for Mike Ulrich from Step 3
$3,639/month to Step 4.5, $3,941/month effective 7/13/93. This
position is scheduled to advance to Step 5, $4,042/month in six
months.
