CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY PLANNER
PAUL HARRINGTON
WHEREAS, the departure of the Public Works Director/City Engineer
has created a need for a distribution of the duties and
responsibilities of that position; and
WHEREAS, to meet the needs of the organization, some of these
duties and responsibilities have been delegated to Paul Harrington,
City Planner; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide compensation for the increase
in duties and responsibilities to the city Planner position; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is fair and consistent with the
City's compensation policy is recommended.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
hereby approve a wage adjustment for Paul Harrington from Step 2,
$2,751/month, to Step 3, $2,912/month, effective 7/13/93. This
position is also scheduled to advance to Step 4, $3,074/month, in
six months and Step 5, $3,236/month, in one year.
