CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPANSION AND ALTERATION OF
THE ON-SITE PARKING FACILITIES AT ROBERT'S OFF 10,
2400 COUNTY ROAD H2, PLANNING CASE NO. 363-93
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
request of Robert's Off 10 for approval to allow an expansion of
the on-site parking facilities at 2400 County Road H2; and
WHEREAS, the city Council has reviewed the site plan
provided by the applicant dated July 21, 1992, revised September
18, 1993, October 20, 1993 and October 23, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the applicants property is subject to parking
requirements set forth in Chapter 40 of the Mounds View Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, the applicants request would allow the
alteration of a previously approved berm required for screening
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the request would allow the property owner to
maximize the on-site parking on the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
City Council approves the request of Robert's Off 10 for the
expansion and alteration of the on-site parking facilities at
2400 County Road H2 contingent upon the following:
1) The applicant shall enter into a hold harmless
agreement with the City to address concerns with
snow removal and utility maintenance.
2) Landscaping on the site shall be provided as shown
on the site Plan dated July 21, 1992 and revised
September 18, 1993, October 20, 1993 and October
23, 1993, and according to the recommendations of
the City Forester as outlined in his memo dated
October 26, 1993. A cash surety in an amount
acceptable to the City Forester shall be provided
to ensure plantings are completed according to the
aforementioned Plan.

3) The applicant shall install and maintain a
rate control structure, as recommended by the
Mounds view Consulting Engineer, to ensure that no
increase in the rate of stormwater discharge from
the site takes place.
