RESOLUTION NO. 4653
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SHERWOOD ESTATES FINAL PLAT,
CITYWIDE DEVELOPERS, PLANNING CASE NO. 387-94
WHEREAS, citywide Developers have requested approval of
a Final Plat for the property legally described and attached as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the plat is shown as Sherwood Estates and dated
July 29, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
applicant's request for a Plat that includes 17 lots and one (1)
outlot and found that it is in conformance with all applicable
sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has
reviewed the Plat and recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council approves the Final Plat of Sherwood Estates for Citywide
Developers contingent upon the following:
1)
Mounds View.
Outlots A and B shall be deeded to the city of
2) The storm water management plan for the proposed
plat shall be approved by the Minnesota Department of
Transportation (MnDOT).
3) The Plat shall be recorded with Ramsey County
within 60 days of City Council approval.
4) All applicable Park Dedication fees shall be paid
prior to the recording of the Plat.
5) Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Watermains shall be
installed per the direction of the City consulting Engineer and
the Director of Public Works and, the installation of each shall
allow for the future extension to Ardan Avenue.
