RESOLUTION NO. 4655
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A WINTER WATER DISCONNECT FEE
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View wishes to provide a winter water
disconnect service to the residents of the community; and
WHEREAS, it is the goal of the City to keep seNice delivery in line with
the costs associated with the seNice; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost of providing this
service is $25.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council in and for
the City of Mounds View does hereby establish a winter water disconnection
fee of $25 and authorizes that the fee be included in the city's Permit and
Fee Schedule.
Adopted this 24th day of October, 1994.
