RESOLUTION NO. 4659
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET TRANSFER FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED
WITH THE ABATEMENT OF 7618 EDGEWOOD DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has obtained a Court
Order for the abatement of the property located at 7618 Edgewood
Drive; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has authorized City Staff to
proceed with the abatement; and
WHEREAS, the City has retained the services of Sand J
Handyman for the repair work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
City Council approves the transfer of $500 from the Franchise
Contingency Fund 295-4121-910 to Community Development Fund 100-
4180-303 for the payment of repair costs associated with the
abatement at 7618 Edgewood Drive.
Adopted this 14th day of November, 1994.
