RESOLUTION NO. 4660
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF MARK ANDRESCIK,
PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER
WHEREAS, Mark Andrescik applied for the position of Public Works Maintenance
Worker, as advertised in several October, 1994 publications; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Andrescik has met all of the qualifications as described in the job
announcement; and
WHEREAS, his past work experience indicates he has the knowledge, skills and ability
to perform the job tasks and duties of the Public Works Maintenance position as
described in the job description; and
WHEREAS, this hire is contingent upon successful completion of a physical
examination and drug test.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Administrator and interview panel
propose that Mark Andrescik be hired for this Public Works Maintenance position,
beginning wage to be $13.00/hr, funded 1/3 out of each account number 730-4121-
010,700-4121-010, and 420-4121-010.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, this new hire begin as soon as the required examination
and testing is successfully completed.
