CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM 1994 FUND BALANCE
TO 1995 POSTAGE FUND TO REFLECT INCREASE IN FIRST CLASS RATES
WHEREAS, the United States Postal Service has increased the rate for First Class
postage from $.29 to $.32; and
WHEREAS, the 1995 budget was prepared and presented to the City Council prior to
the confirmation of this increase; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the rate hike would result in an increase of
$1,200 for general postage for City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $1,200 be transferred from 1994 Fund
Balance Account No. 100-3850 to 1995 Public Information Postage Account No.
100-4187-330 to reflect this increase.
