RESOLUTION NO. 4708
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO EXECUTE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 95-99 WITH CITYWIDE DEVELOPERS
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the
request known as the Sherwood Estates Development, Planning
Case No. 387-94, and recommended approval of the project in
Resolution No. 392-94; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council reviewed the re-
quest and approved the proposal in city Council Resolution No.
4653; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated that
the applicant enter into a Development Agreement with the City
for the approved project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the city of Mounds View authorizes its Mayor and Clerk-Admin-
istrator to execute Development Agreement No. 95-99 on behalf
of the City of Mounds View.
