<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4717 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF BRUS VON ENDE, <br />GOLF COURSE CLUB HOUSE MANAGER/INSTRUCTOR/RANGE MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the position of Golf Course Clubhouse <br />Manager/Instructor/Range Manager was advertised in several local <br />publications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 15 candidates applied for the position, 6 of whom were <br />interviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brus von Ende was one of the candidates who applied for <br />the position and was interviewed based on his credentials; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. von Ende has a Bachelor's degree from st. Cloud State <br />University and also has several years of golf course experience <br />with the City of Brooklyn Center, the New Hope Village Golf Course <br />and the Woodbury Golf and Fitness Club; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his education and past work experience indicate he has the <br />knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job tasks and duties <br />of the position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the interview panel proposes <br />Brus von Ende be hired for this Golf Course Clubhouse <br />Manager / Instructor /Range Manager position starting Wednesday, March <br />1, 1995, at an annual salary of $12,000 to be paid out of Golf <br />Course Account No. 750-4601-020 plus teaching pay earned from fees <br />for golf lessons. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this hire is contingent upon successful <br />completion of a physical examination and drug test. <br /> <br />Presented this 27th day of February, 1995. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />//J y Linke, <br /> <br />,/ '"--''' ..., <br /> <br />" " ,( <br />1 ' , , " - <br />~,-" , ,,', I ' "-.
