RESOLUTION NO. 4724
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
ST ATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR WALLY MORTENSON,
MAINTENANCE WORKER
WHEREAS, Wally Mortenson began working for the City of Mounds View in May of 1972 as
a Public Works Maintenance Worker; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Mortenson has met the responsibilities of Public Works Maintenance Worker
as outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined Mr. Mortenson's performance to be
satisfactory and that he has met the requirements for a step adjustment; and
WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the Labor Agreement between the City
of Mounds View and the Public Works Maintenance Workers and the City's compensation
policy is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve
a step adjustment for Wally Mortenson from Level C, $14.44/hr. to Level D, $14. 73/hr.,
effective 2/27/95.
