RESOLUTION NO. 4725
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR LARRY DECHEINE,
MAINTENANCE WORKER
WHEREAS, Larry Decheine began working for the City of Mounds View in June of 1970 as
a Public Works Maintenance Worker; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Decheine has met the responsibilities of Public Works Maintenance Worker
as outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined Mr. Decheine's performance to be
satisfactory and that he has met the requirements for a step adjustment; and
WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the Labor Agreement between the City
of Mounds View and the Public Works Maintenance Workers and the City's compensation
policy is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve
a step adjustment for Larry Decheine from Level C, $ 14.44/hr. to Level D, $14.73/hr.,
effective 2/27/95.
