RESOLUTION NO. 4726
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
ST ATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR GARY KARDELL,
MAINTENANCE WORKER
WHEREAS, Gary Kardell began working for the City of Mounds View in June of 1970 as a
Public Works Maintenance Worker; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kardell has met the responsibilities of Public Works Maintenance Worker as
outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined Mr. Kardell's performance to be
satisfactory and that he has met the requirements for a step adjustment; and
WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the Labor Agreement between the City
of Mounds View and the Public Works Maintenance Workers and the City's compensation
policy is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby approve
a step adjustment for Gary Kardell from Level C, $14.44/hr. to Level D, $14.73/hr., effective
2/27/95.
