RESOLUTION NO. 4728
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION REQUESTING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY
ACCOUNT FOR PURCHASE OF FURNITURE FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Police Department has a need for office furniture in their Department;
and
WHEREAS, the amount budgeted for these furnishings was not enough and they have
made a request for additional funding for this furniture; and
WHEREAS, at the March 6, 1995 Worksession, the City Council directed staff to draft
a Resolution that would transfer enough funds from the Contingency Account for this
purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $1,800 be transferred from Contingency
Account No. 100-4700-910 to Police Capital Account No. 100-4200-703 for the
purchase of this furniture.
