RESOLUTION NO. 4730
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution appointing Diane Wuori and Public Works Director Mike Ulrich to the
Rice Creek Watershed District Citizen's Task Force and
Technical Advisory Committee, respectively.
WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) is updating its water
management plan and is requesting assistance from affected municipalities to help
develop a 'proactive and reasonable plan for the future'; and
WHEREAS, to assist with this process, RCWD is creating a Citizen's Task Force and
a Technical Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the March 6, 1995 Council Worksession, staff presented this request
to the City Council who directed staff to ask Diane Wuori if she was interested in
serving on the Citizen's Task Force; and
WHEREAS, staff has since contacted Diane Wuori who has agreed to serve on this
Task Force.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Diane Wuori and Public Works Director Mike
Ulrich are appointed to the Rice Creek Watershed District Citizen's Task Force and
Technical Advisory Committee, respectiveiy.
