CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1995 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN
AND 1996 BUDGET CALENDARS
WHEREAS, the City Charter prescribes the requirements for a
Budget Calendar under 7.04; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the requirements of
Section 7.04 and determined the following:
April 17, 1995
Staff submits first draft of Long Term
Financial Plan to City Administrator and
Finance Director for review.
April 26, 1995
Revised drafts of Long Term Financial Plan
submitted to City Administrator and Finance
Director for review.
May 8, 1995
Final drafts of Long Term Financial Plan
submitted to City Administrator and Finance
Director for reVlew.
June 5, 1995
Draft of Long Term Financial Plan submitted
to Council for review (Special Meeting 5:30 -
7:00 p.m. prior to Agenda Session Meeting)
June 6 & 7,
1995
First Round Department Budget Discussions
with City Administrator and Finance Director
June 19, 1995
Council/Staff Long Term Financial Plan Work
Session (Special Meeting 6:00 p.m.)
Revenue Estimate and First Draft of Budget
submitted to Council

certification to the County Auditor and

City to publish notice of budget hearing and
hold public hearing on the 1996 budget
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View adopts the above Calendar for the 1996 Budget
process.
Adopted this 10th day of Arpil, 1995.
