CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
FOR A ONE DAY, OFF-SITE LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMIT
MINNESOTA DEER HUNTERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer
Hunters Association has submitted an application to the City of Mounds
View to conduct a one day, off-site gambling event; and
WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer
Hunters Association has requested to hold this one day, off-site raffling
event at the Bel-Rae Ballroom in the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, this raffle is scheduled to take place on December 4,
1995; and
WHEREAS, all paperwork for this application has been properly
filed with the City of Mounds View.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View that the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota
Deer Hunters Association is hereby approved to conduct a one day, off-
site raffling event in the City of Mounds View at the Bel-Rae Ballroom on
December 4, 1995.
Adopted this 10th day of April, 1995.
