<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4746 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UNION CONTRACT AND THE 1995 COMPENSATION <br />SCHEDULE AND INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION SCHEDULE FOR POLICE UNION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and the Police Union, Local 320, could not reach <br />agreement in 1994, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was mutually decided to enter into arbitration to settle 1994 and 1995 <br />issues, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1994 award was approved by the City Council at the 3/27/95 Council <br />meeting, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1995 Police Union Compensation Schedule is presented which reflects a <br />2.50% annual compensation adjustment, which is consistent with the award of the <br />arbitrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make a contribution toward the cost of <br />employee health insurance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Police Union contract for 1994 and 1995 be approved, effective 1/1/94 to <br />12/31 95, and <br /> <br />2. The 1995 base wage for Police Union personnel shall be as specified in the 1995 <br />Compensation Schedule A, effective 111 /95, and <br /> <br />3. The City shall make a contribution of up to $330/month (Schedule E) towards the <br />cost of family health insurance and shall pay the entire premium for full-time singie <br />health insurance coverage, effective 1/1/95. <br /> <br />4. The City shall increase the contribution for uniforms from $495 per year to $510 <br />per year per the arbitrator's award, effective 1/1/95. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day- of April, 1995. <br />ATTEST a <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />
