RESOLUTION NO. 4748
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A DARE FUND
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Mounds View:
1. There is hereby established a separate special revenue fund
designated as the DARE Fund, which the Clerk-Administrator and
the Finance Director-Treasurer shall maintain on the accounting
records and financial statements of the City and shall administer
in accordance with this resolution.
2. There shall be deposited in this fund monies donated to the City
for the operation of the DARE Program and such other monies as
may be designated by the Council.
3. Expenditures of the fund may be made for the training of
personnel to conduct the DARE Program, and for materials and
supplies and equipment related to the program.
Adopted this 10th day of April, 1995.
