<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4756 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW/PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR DYNE X INDUSTRIES, 4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 407-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request of Dynex Industries for a Development Review/Planned unit <br />Development Amendment for a phased building addition at 4751 <br />Mustang Circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dynex has submitted an application and site <br />Plan for the proposed project dated February 22, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineer has reviewed the <br />grading, drainage and erosion control plan for the project and <br />found it in conformance with applicable City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to <br />development. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the requested Development Review/Planned <br />unit Development Amendment for a phased building addition at 4751 <br />Mustang Circle contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) A landscape plan and planting schedule shall be <br />submitted for review and approval by the City Forester. <br /> <br />b) Fire suppression devices shall be provided on the <br />property per the direction of the Mounds View Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />c) Necessary approvals shall be obtained from the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th <br /> <br />day of April, 1995' <br />........- ~ /" <br />/ /~=t~ <br />" " ~, l'- <br />o "",,-~:--;(~~,"C ~;:;-:t-. <br />Mayor'- '--' ,/' <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />'Q '.: <br />/' ," ". <br />. .;..... i :1 4.. -,-' !
