CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW/PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR DYNE X INDUSTRIES, 4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 407-95
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
request of Dynex Industries for a Development Review/Planned unit
Development Amendment for a phased building addition at 4751
Mustang Circle; and
WHEREAS, Dynex has submitted an application and site
Plan for the proposed project dated February 22, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineer has reviewed the
grading, drainage and erosion control plan for the project and
found it in conformance with applicable City Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable
requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to
development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
City Council approves the requested Development Review/Planned
unit Development Amendment for a phased building addition at 4751
Mustang Circle contingent upon the following:
a) A landscape plan and planting schedule shall be
submitted for review and approval by the City Forester.
b) Fire suppression devices shall be provided on the
property per the direction of the Mounds View Fire
Department.
c) Necessary approvals shall be obtained from the Rice
Creek Watershed District.
