<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.4 762 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR TIM FREDBERG, <br />PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tim Fredberg began working for the City of Mounds View on May 9, <br />1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Fredberg's work performance has met the responsibilities of Public <br />Works Maintenance Worker as outlined in the job description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his work performance has been determined to be satisfactory; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the City's compensation policy <br />is recommended, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />approve a step adjustment for Tim Fredberg from $14.48/hour to $15. 24/hour <br />effective 5/9/95. <br /> <br />Presented this 8th day of May, 1995. <br /> <br />(A TTEST) <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />//} Un e,_.Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAl) <br /> <br />
